Congress Venue

Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre

2684-2690 Gold Coast Hwy, Broadbeach QLD 4218

To help you plan your journey to APVRS 2026, we’ve prepared a comprehensive guide for international and domestic travel into the Gold Coast, along with transport options to reach the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre (GCCEC).

We strongly encourage delegates to arrive one day prior (at least) to ensure smooth travel and allow buffer time for delays or missed connections.

Arriving in Australia

International delegates are suggested to enter Australia via three major airports:

1. Gold Coast Airport (OOL) – Recommended

Gold Coast Airport is the closest airport to the Congress venue.
However, flights into the Gold Coast are limited, especially from international destinations.

2. Brisbane Airport (BNE)

A major international gateway with extensive global connections.
Located approximately 1 hour from the Gold Coast.

3. Sydney Airport (SYD)

Australia’s busiest international airport.
Delegates can connect to a domestic flight into either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
